Meet Juliette
The heart, the voice, and the curiosity behind Paris in a Glass
Paris in a Glass was born from a simple conviction:
the best way to understand Paris is through its people — and through the wines they love.
I’m Juliette, your guide.
I’ve spent years working in small wine bars and caves à manger, those intimate places where people gather not just to drink, but to talk, share stories, laugh, and discover.
There, I met passionate winemakers, owners, sommeliers, chefs — people who dedicate their lives to the craft, to the land, and to creating moments of connection.
Today, through Paris in a Glass, my goal is simple:
to introduce you to this world — warm, real, generous — and to the people who make Paris such a special wine city.

Juliette, your guide, a lover of people, stories, and spontaneous evenings
I love people as much as I love wine — and combining the two has always felt natural to me.
Working in intimate wine bars gave me something precious:
a front-row seat to the real Parisian wine scene.
I’ve shared late-night conversations with winemakers just back from their vineyards, watched sommeliers light up as they opened a bottle they adored, and seen local bar owners welcome guests as if they were family.
I’m also a night owl — which means I know the hidden counters, the lively late-night spots, the places where the wine tastes even better because the moment is just right.
When I guide a tour, I’m not following a script.
I’m introducing you to people I genuinely admire, in places that feel like home.
Stories & Sips : the people behind every bottle
This project exists because of the extraordinary community behind it. On our tours, you might meet :
- a winemaker who stops by unexpectedly,
- a chef proud of the bottle he just opened,
- a bar owner who knows every regular by name,
- fellow wine lovers from around the world.
Everyone has a story.
Everyone brings something to the table — knowledge, passion, laughter, curiosity.
Wine is just the beginning.
The magic happens in the moments shared around it.
Because whether we come from Paris, Rome, Buenos Aires, or New York, a great bottle has a way of bringing us all together.

Why Paris in a Glass exists
To share the warmth behind the wines
Paris is often celebrated for its monuments and museums.
But the Paris I love — the Paris I want you to experience — is made of small details:
- the way a bar owner smiles when pouring their favorite wine
- the soft hum of conversations at the counter
- the unexpected generosity of someone opening a special bottle
- the feeling of discovering a place you would never have found on your own
This isn’t about a list of wines to taste.
It’s about meeting the people who give those wines their meaning.
In Paris, it’s always wine o’clock —
but more importantly, it’s always time to share something good.
