Terms and Conditions of sale — Paris in a Glass

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the services offered by Paris in a Glass, operated by Juliette Bizel-Bizellot, sole trader.

Any booking implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.


1. Purpose

Paris in a Glass offers wine bar tours in Paris, including wine tastings and guided experiences in selected establishments.

Tours may be:

  • group experiences,
  • private tours,
  • customized (“custom”) experiences,
  • scheduled or flexible depending on the offer.

2. Description of Services

Each experience includes:

  • guided visits to 2 to 3 Parisian wine bars,
  • curated wine tastings,
  • interaction with wine professionals (sommeliers, bar owners, passionate experts, winemakers).

The exact content (venues, wines, schedule) may vary depending on availability and seasonality.


3. Participation Conditions

  • Minimum age: 18 years old.
  • Minors are not admitted, even when accompanied.
  • Tours are accessible to people with reduced mobility whenever possible (please inform us in advance).
  • Groups are limited to 6 participants maximum, except for private bookings.

Paris in a Glass reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone not meeting these conditions.


4. Pricing

Prices are displayed including all taxes, in euros, on each tour page.

Paris in a Glass reserves the right to modify prices at any time.
The applicable price is the one in effect at the time of booking.


5. Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Accepted payment methods:

  • PayPal
  • Bank transfer
  • Cash (under the conditions specified during booking)

Bookings are confirmed only once full payment has been received.


6. Cancellation and Modifications

Cancellation by the Client

  • Free cancellation is possible up to 5 days before the scheduled date.
  • After this period, no refund will be issued, except in exceptional cases.

Exceptional Circumstances

A refund may be granted only in the event of a serious and justified reason (illness, major emergency), at the discretion of Paris in a Glass.

Otherwise, a date rescheduling may be offered, subject to availability.

Weather Conditions

Weather conditions do not affect the operation of the tours.


7. Cancellation by the Organizer

Paris in a Glass reserves the right to cancel or modify a tour in case of force majeure or events beyond its control.

In such cases, the client will be offered:

  • a rescheduled date, or
  • a full refund.

8. Liability

Paris in a Glass acts as an experience organizer and intermediary between clients and partner venues.

Paris in a Glass cannot be held liable for:

  • inappropriate participant behavior,
  • excessive alcohol consumption,
  • failure to follow instructions provided during the experience.

Participants agree to consume alcohol responsibly.


9. Personal Data

Personal data collected during bookings are used solely for managing services and customer relations.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first.
Failing this, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
