Meet Juliette

I love people as much as I love wine — and combining the two has always felt natural to me.

Working in intimate wine bars gave me something precious:
a front-row seat to the real Parisian wine scene.
I’ve shared late-night conversations with winemakers just back from their vineyards, watched sommeliers light up as they opened a bottle they adored, and seen local bar owners welcome guests as if they were family.

I’m also a night owl — which means I know the hidden counters, the lively late-night spots, the places where the wine tastes even better because the moment is just right.
When I guide a tour, I’m not following a script.
I’m introducing you to people I genuinely admire, in places that feel like home.

A woman elegantly sits at a modern bar counter filled with bottles, chatting with a bartender.

To share the warmth behind the wines

Paris is often celebrated for its monuments and museums.
But the Paris I love — the Paris I want you to experience — is made of small details:

  • the way a bar owner smiles when pouring their favorite wine
  • the soft hum of conversations at the counter
  • the unexpected generosity of someone opening a special bottle
  • the feeling of discovering a place you would never have found on your own

This isn’t about a list of wines to taste.
It’s about meeting the people who give those wines their meaning.

In Paris, it’s always wine o’clock —
but more importantly, it’s always time to share something good.
